In September, the downtown stroll goes Carnival! It will take place on Thursday, September 4th from 4-7 PM. Downtown West Plains will be transformed into a “playground of sights, sounds and surprises.” The stroll as always will provide something for everyone and visitors both new and old.
As far as what to expect, the stroll will feature;

- Specials from Downtown Businesses (Downtown businesses will extend their hours for this)
- Kid Friendly Activities
It all takes place this next Thursday and admission is free!
