West Plains, MO. – Seven individuals were arrested for driving while intoxicated charges over the New Year’s Holiday weekend by troopers with Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G. Two men were also arrested by Troop G on other charges.
Two men were arrested on December 31, 2022. Thomas George, age 67 of Blytheville, Ar., was arrested in Carter County for DWI and Failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Tyler Jacobs, age 24 of West Plains, was arrested for DWI, operating a vehicle without a valid license, and failure to equip vehicle with rear license plate lamp.
Four men and one woman were arrested on January 1, 2023. Jacob Nichols, age 22 of Ava, was charged with DWI. Micheal Miller, age 24 of West Plains, was charged with DWI, driving while revoked, and failure to park vehicle on right half of roadway. Kailey Reynolds, age 23 of West Plains, was charged with DWI and speeding. Brayden Barton, age 23 of West Plains, was charged with DWI and failure to register motor vehicle in Oregon County. Corena Brown, age 39 of Van Buren, was charged with DWI with person less than 17 in the vehicle in Carter County.
Two other men were arrested on December 31, 2022 for other offenses: Robert Reed and Gabriel Ruiz, both of Mountain Grove. Reed, age 44, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. in Wright County for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender – 2nd Offense, Failure to use turn signal, and no seatbelt. Ruiz, age 32, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. in Wright County on a warrant for Involuntary Manslaughter and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
