Houston, MO. – On Friday, April 8th of 2022, the Houston Police Department received information that an individual, who has a history of being convicted as a sex offender and multiple warrants for arrest, was living within 1000 ft of the Houston Highschool.
As part of an investigation spurred on by this information, David Rodda, 42, was arrested at his residence located on West Cedar Street. Rodda was then transported to the Texas County Jail and is being held on warrants for both Missouri and Michigan. Additional charges are pending, including: Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, and Sex Offender Residing Within 1000 Feet of a School.
