The offender was arrested on 09/30/1997 in Baxter County, Arkansas for the offense of Carnal Abuse in the Third Degree. He was convicted on that charge and sentenced to four years imprisonment with the sentence being suspended according to available documentation. He appears to have been residing in the State of Texas at some point in time afterwards. The offender was then arrested on 11/16/2000 in Fulton County, Arkansas for Failure to Register. That charge was later withdrawn. The offender was again arrested in Fulton County, Arkansas on 08/21/2025 for Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements. That case appears to still be pending in court. The original conviction in 1997 for Carnal Abuse involved the offender engaging in sexual contact with an intoxicated 15 year old juvenile.
