with Rape 1st Degree and Domestic Assault 2nd Degree. Simmons is being held in the Texas County Jail on a no bond warrant signed by Associate Circuit Court Judge Brad Eidson. The Texas County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in this investigation by the Licking Police Department.
