According to a probable cause statement the Shannon County Sherriff’s Department arrested a man in Eminence after he failed to leave an establishment where he was harassing clients.
The report states that the accused entered the OO Saloon in Eminence intoxicated, ordered some drinks and began harassing customers. At that time he was asked to leave the saloon, but did not do so. He was asked multiple times and eventually he went outside and sat down on the front porch.
Law enforcement was called and when they arrived they found the man, identified as Marquis Auger, asleep on the front porch of the OO Saloon. Officers woke Auger up and he was placed under arrest for trespassing, after local EMS checked him out. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and charged with Trespassing, Resisting Arrest, and tampering with a Judicial officer. His bond was set at $1000 cash only.
