Sharp County Jail Log Includes Arrests for Assault, Shoplifting, and Drug Delivery

ASH FLAT, Ark. – The Sharp County Sheriff’s Department released its weekly jail log, announcing the arrest of a dozen individuals between July 21 and July 28, 2025. The arrests covered a range of charges including absconding, drug offenses, public intoxication, and multiple traffic and warrant violations. The report was issued by Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson.

  • Darius Carter, 32, of Texarkana, Texas, was booked for absconding and held on a white warrant.

 

  • Joshua Cefalu, 51, of Arkansas, was arrested for public intoxication, interfering with a law enforcement officer, and first-degree criminal mischief involving damage under $1,000.

 

  • Jordan Felts, 30, of Cave City, was taken into custody for failure to appear related to a parole or probation revocation.

 

  • Scottie Goad, 54, of Alicia, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief for reckless property damage and third-degree assault for causing apprehension of imminent injury.

 

  • Bradley Harris, 33, of Evening Shade, faces multiple traffic-related charges including expired tags, lack of insurance, speeding over 15 mph above the limit, and driving while intoxicated (second offense). He was also charged with having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle.

 

  • Donald Hill, 50, of Sidney, was arrested for failure to appear on a contempt charge related to unpaid restitution, as well as for disorderly conduct.

 

  • Ted Kingsley, 31, of Salem, was arrested for delivery of a Schedule I/II controlled substance (excluding methamphetamine and cocaine), and for using a communication device in the commission of a drug offense.

 

  • Cassie Knox, 34, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, faces charges of shoplifting (theft of property), breaking or entering, and criminal trespass involving a vehicle or structure.

 

  • Wayne Koekemoer, 52, of Jonesboro, was arrested for public intoxication and failure to stop at stop or yield signs.

 

  • Patrick Phelan, 67, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for third-degree domestic battering.

 

  • Tylon Pridgen, 24, of Arkansas, was jailed for failure to pay on a contempt charge related to unpaid restitution.

 

  • Sandra Reed, 34, of Newark, was arrested for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges, including driving on a suspended or revoked license and no proof of liability insurance.

 

As always, the Sharp County Sheriff’s Department reminds the public that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
