Sharp County Sheriff’s Office Releases Weekly Arrest and Community Service Report

Sharp County, AR – The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, has released the weekly incarceration and community service report for the week of April 21, 2025, through April 28, 2025.

  • Mackenzie Clayton, 31, of Cave City, was arrested for Delivery of Meth or Cocaine Less Than 2 Grams and Habitual Offender charges.

  • Boyce Duke, 71, of Cave City, was arrested for Maintaining a Drug Premises Near a Drug-Free Zone, Unauthorized Use of Another Person’s Property to Facilitate Certain Crimes, Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Manufacturing Meth/Cocaine), and Habitual Offender.

  • Ethan Gann, 28, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for a White Warrant.

  • Britney Gilbert, 44, of Cave City, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Minor in the 3rd Degree and Driving While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense.

  • Alexander Harris, 35, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Issuing a Hot Check Less Than or Equal to $1,000 – 1st Offense.

  • Michael Henry, 43, of Mammoth Springs, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Forgery charges.

  • Amanda Hicks, 39, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Pay Time Pay related to Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License and Expired Tags.

  • Brett Lanini, 33, of Fordland, MO, was arrested for Failure to Appear – Misdemeanor on Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License and Speeding.

  • Travis Moore, 51, of Pocahontas, was arrested for Careless/Prohibited Driving, Driving While Intoxicated (Drugs) – 1st Offense, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

  • Billy Mullins, 51, of Walnut Ridge, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated – 1st Offense and Speeding More Than 15 MPH Over the Limit.

  • Shannon Polston, 53, of Cave City, was arrested for Domestic Battering – 3rd Degree, Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member, and Habitual Offender.

  • Ashley Ritter, 30, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving While Intoxicated – 1st Offense, and Careless/Prohibited Driving.

  • Michael Thompson, 47, of Pocahontas, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License.

  • Jesse Tonkinson, 61, of Williford, was arrested for three counts of Stalking – 1st Degree.

  • Thomas Walker, 60, of West Memphis, was arrested for Failure to Appear – Misdemeanor on Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License.

  • William Walley, 42, of Cave City, was arrested for Violation of Suspension or Probation.


Sharp County Community Service Update

In addition to law enforcement activities, the Sheriff’s Office reports that inmates contributed 112 cumulative hours of community service from April 13 to April 19, 2025. Projects completed included work at the City of Highland, the Hardy Library, and the Sharp County Courthouse.
The community service program is designed to allow inmates to work off fines while giving back to the Sharp County community.

Chief Deputy Simpson expressed appreciation for the continued cooperation of the public and the commitment of those working toward rehabilitation and service.
