Roby, MO. – A 39-year-old man was injured in an ATV crash on Highway AW near Roby yesterday afternoon.
The investigator of this crash was Master Sergeant D.B. Pounds of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G. His report shows that Kevin Hallmark, 39 of St. Robert was the driver of a 2017 Honda Rancher that was totaled in the accident.

Hallmark was driving while intoxicated and travelled off of the roadway, which led to the ATV overturning and ejecting all occupants. The only injury reported was Hallmark, who sustained moderate injuries. He was then transported to TCMH for treatment.
Hallmark was afterward charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
