Suspect Being Sought in Douglas County String of Burglaries

Ava, MO. – A man from Cabool is currently on the run from law enforcement after having been linked to a string of burglary cases in Eastern Douglas County near the Vanzant area.

Dalton Hall, 30 of Cabool, has been established as the man responsible for the burglaries after an investigation was performed on each scene. Law enforcement attempted to arrest Hall on August 20th, when they obtained information of his whereabouts. However, as they approached the barn Hall was in, he fled into the woods and was able to avoid apprehension. Several stolen items were found inside, as well as methamphetamine and related drug paraphernalia.

Hall is additionally wanted in Wright County for similar charges, and a reward has been offered to individuals who can provide information that leads to Hall’s arrest. On the other side of the coin, those who are found to be assisting Hall in avoiding arrest can face criminal prosecution.
