Temporary Restraining Order Granted for Shannon County Sherriff’s Department

Eminence, MO- Today, the Honorable Judge John Bloodworth—assigned to the 37th Judicial Circuit by the Missouri Supreme Court—signed a Temporary Restraining Order in favor of the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office.

 

This court order ensures that the Office of Sheriff may continue full operations without disruption and that deputies and staff will receive their rightful pay. It marks a critical step in protecting the stability and functionality of our department during this time.

The Sheriff’s Office has also secured additional legal representation to help safeguard the integrity of our mission and the rule of law.
