Theodosia, MO. – The Ozark County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man recently for a harrassment case on the family of the officer who arrested him in a previous meth-related investigation.
The probable cause affidavit outlines a case where Orval Merriman, born 1974 of Theodosia reportedly flew a drone over an active officers house; even flying it low enough to send the kids present fleeing into the woods nearby.
Merriman was arrested on multiple occasions by the same officer in previous years due to trafficking of illegal drugs.
Merriman is facing a felony charge of 2nd degree Stalking, and felony 1st degree Harassment.
