West Plains, MO. – West Plains City Utilities officials have announced that Thornburg Street, which is being used to detour across the railroad tracks, will be closed to replace a gas valve box nearby. This is being performed along with Summit Natural Gas.
Flaggers will be present to lead drivers through the area, with work expected to last for two hours.
