Missouri – On March 28, 2024, two cars crashed resulting in injuries on US Highway 63, 4 miles north of Vichy.
The accident occurred when driver Samuel Berry, age 25, failed to yield at an intersection and struck Billy Garrett, age 48. Samuel Berry’s vehicle, a Chevy Malibu was totaled and Garret’s vehicle, a Freightliner, received moderate damages.

Billy Garrett received minor injuries, and Thimothy Blanks, age 21, a passenger in Samuel Berry’s vehicle, received serious injuries. The crash report stated that Thimothy Blanks was not wearing a safety device during the accident. Both individuals were transported to Phelps Health via ambulance.
The accident occurred at 4:08 p.m. and was investigated by Tropper K.P. Hunt of Troop I.
