The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a UTV accident in Douglas County on Thursday on Country Road 300, 5 miles east of Ava.
The 2007 Artic Cat failed to negotiate a curve and overturned around 6:30 p.m. on June 26th.

A 42-year-old Sparta man suffered serious injuries, a 32-year-old Ava woman suffered moderate injuries in the crash. They were taken to Cox Hospital in Springfield.
