A teen faces multiple charges and sustained injuries in an accident near Roby just before midnight on Friday night. The accident occurred as the 2022 Toyota Camry she was driving ran off the right side of the roadway, hit a sign and a tree causing the vehicle to overturn.
The driver sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. She is facing charges of DWI with serious physical injury, Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway and Minor Visibly Intoxicated.

The passenger in the vehicle was flown to Cox South in Springfield with Serious Injuries.
