Mountain Grove, MO. – A crash occurred on Saturday, June 13th, which has led to moderate injuries for an Illinois woman.
A 2017 Dodge Ram was traveling Eastbound on Highway 95, twelve miles North of Mountain Grove, when it was crashed into at roughly 1:45 PM. The driver was Jeffery Day, 56 of Wildwood, MO. The crash occurred as Day drove into the path of a 2017 Dodge Caravan, and was struck.
The Caravan was occupied by two individuals from Illinois. The pair were Scott and Lela Wilhoit, both 66. Scott was uninjured in the crash, but Lela sustained moderate injuries. She was then transported to Cox Health in Springfield for treatment.
Everyone involved was using their safety device.
