Two Willow Springs Men Injured in Collision Friday, One Driver Facing Charges

An Accident Friday evening has injured two Willow Springs residents after they collided on Highway 137 six miles north of Willow Springs.

The accident occurred when a 37-year-old Willow Springs man crossed the centerline in a 2009 Dodge Charger and struck a 2010 Dodge 1500 driven by a 19-year-old Willow Springs man, causing the Charger to go off the roadway and down an embankment.

The 37-year-old sustained serious injuries and the 19-year-old sustained minor injuries, both were taken to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment.

The 37-year-old Willow Springs man, David A. Doyle,  is also facing charges of DWI-Aggravated Offender, DWI-Physical Injury, Driving While Revoked, Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving an Accident and No Insurance according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Reports
