Utility Billing Payment System Updated in West Plains

From West Plains City Utilities:

Attention West Plains Utility Customers!
We’ve updated our utility billing payment system. The City of West Plains is transitioning our online Payment Portal and Phone payment system.
 
What’s New
New pay-by-phone number (IVR): 417-505-3342
New online payment portal: Visit WestPlains.gov  and select Online Payments or access the link at Pay Bill | City of West Plains
Ways to pay online: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH
Pay by mobile, desktop, text, IVR, or at the Utility Billing Counter
 
Action Needed
Customers who pay online or use autopay will need to create a new Online Payments account. We recommend having your account code handy when setting up your new online account.
 
For security reasons, prior user account information – including autopay – won’t transfer.
**Customers who use ACH set up at the Utility Counter are not affected. These customers will see “Auto-Draft” noted on their next bill as normal. **
Before November 30, don’t forget to log in to the old portal and download or print past invoices, as records won’t transfer.
 
If you’ve lived at your residence for at least a year and are in good standing, ask us about Budget Billing when setting up autopay – perfect for keeping monthly bills predictable throughout the year.
