A 20-year-old Van Buren man faces DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway charges after an accident in the early morning hours Friday in Oregon County.
The accident occurred when he ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree in a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. The accident happened on County Road 152 three miles north of Riverton.

He was transported to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment of moderate injuries.
