At least two towns in the Ozarks are extending a hand to help families sort their holiday trash out over the next couple of weeks.
Both West Plains and Mammoth Spring are offering free pickup of cardboard boxes and wrapping paper after the last week has likely left many families with an excess of these materials.

Both towns will be offering this pickup at different times.
Mammoth Spring will be offering this service one day only, on Monday, December 29th. Residents are asked to have all their refuse out by 7 a.m.
For West Plains residents, this pickup will take place January 5th through January 9th, and should be placed out with their regular trash.
