West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Chamber of Commerce met for their monthly luncheon Thursday with Sheriff Matt Roberts of Howell County being the guest speaker, and The Child Advocacy Center sponsoring.
During the luncheon, Sheriff Roberts spoke about statistics for the Sheriff’s Office over the past few years, and spoke about the need for a new building.
