The City of West Plains has announced a special City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, June 9, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at West Plains City Hall, located at 1910 Holiday Lane.
According to the tentative agenda, the meeting will begin with standard preliminaries, and include a work session that will focus on utility operations, billing procedures, and related policies.
