Resolutions
- Resolution 2025-15 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, stating support for the proposed 48-unit multi-family development known as Garner Family Phase 2, which will be located adjacent to Garner Villas on County Road 6420 and Bruce Smith Parkway. All units will be affordable and leased to families earning at or below 60% of the area median income.
- Resolution 2025-16 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator to execute an agreement between the City of West Plains and N-Form Architecture, LLC for the purpose of architectural services for the renovation of city property located at 601 Washington Avenue.
- Resolution 2025-17 – A resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, adopting the West Plains Transit System Title VI Program as amended August 13, 2025.
Ordinances
- Bill 4802 to become Ordinance 4802 – Second reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the mayor or city administrator to apply for federal financial assistance on behalf of the City of West Plains and to execute any contract(s) resulting from such application for any grants between the City of West Plains and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission providing for capital, operating, and/or marketing assistance, comprised of federal funds to be expended for commission-approved transit projects.
- Bill 4803 to become Ordinance 4803 – Second reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, amending certain provisions of Chapter 21 (“Floodplain Management”) to meet the current minimum requirements for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program and, further, adopting floodplain standard operating procedures.
- Bill 4804 to become Ordinance 4804 – Second reading. An ordinance of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator to execute an amendment to a State Block Grant agreement increasing the original grant amount by $882,959 for the purpose of the airport fuel system install and, further, extending the project timeline to August 30, 2027.
- Bill 4805 to become Ordinance 4805 – Second reading. An ordinance providing for the levying and collection of a tax for the general revenue fund within the City of West Plains, Missouri, for the year 2025, upon all real, personal and mixed property within the corporate limits of the City of West Plains, Missouri subject to taxation.
