West Plains Police arrested 43‑year‑old Scott Emery Jorgensen after officers say he was spotted driving on a revoked license and later found with more than 20 grams of methamphetamine. According to a probable cause statement, officers observed Jorgensen driving on Porter Wagoner Boulevard Friday morning and confirmed his license was revoked for an administrative alcohol violation.
Police then executed a narcotics search warrant at his residence near the 900 block of Woodland Avenue. Inside a bedroom, officers reported finding drug paraphernalia, digital scales, and multiple baggies of white crystalline shards. Five baggies tested positive for methamphetamine, weighing a combined 20.5 grams. A utility bill in Jorgensen’s name was also located in the same room.
Jorgensen is now facing charges including delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while revoked with bond set at $25,000.
