A 28-year-old West Plains man was injured in an accident in the early morning hours of Friday.
The accident occurred when he traveled off the left side of CC Highway two miles west of West Plains, struck an embankment and overturned.

He was taken to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment of serious injuries. He is also facing charges of Driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, as well as other citations.
