A 43-year-old West Plains man was seriously injured when the 2015 Kenworth he was driving ran off the right side of Highway 160, overcorrected went off the left side of the roadway struck a fence and overturned.
He was transported to Cox South by Air ambulance. The accident happened three miles west of Alton around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
