Monday, the West Plains City Council held its Mask Ordinance Public Hearing at the West Plains Civic Center. The meeting was split in two sessions, each allowed 35 residents to speak in favor or opposition of the city’s proposed mask mandate.
The majority of the speakers voiced simple concerns to outrage over the plan. West Plains resident Rick Frazier referenced Ozark Radio News in his speech to city leadership:
