WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The West Plains School District’s Special Services Department has received notification that they comply with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
The district was notified that the department meets the IDEA Part B requirements and was 100% in compliance.

The program was also found to be in compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding educating those with disabilities.
The IDEA was first enacted in 1975.
