West Plains, MO. – Animal Control Officer Brad Jones of West Plains contacted us this morning to talk about a case where a West Plains resident had an unexpected guest in the form of an alligator on their front porch.

West Plains Animal Care & Control and Fishland has the alligator in their care now, and claims it to be roughly 24 inches long. They request that the owner pick him up, and are currently attempting to find a suitable location to hold the creature in the meantime.
