West Plains, MO. – City of West Plains Utilities officials have announced a planned power outage to take place tomorrow.
The planned outside is set for 5am morning, with areas affected including Gibson Avenue, North Kentucky Avenue, 6th, 7th, and 8th Street, Missouri Avenue, Porter Wagoner Boulevard, and Independance Drive.

Officials also stated they appreciated the patience of the public, as this outage is needed to maintain the safety of the electric crews performing repairs and maintenance.
