A 21-year-old West Plains woman sustained minor injuries after she struck a deer in the roadway on US Highway 60 four and a half miles east of Mountain View on Sunday.
She was transported to Mercy St. Francis Hospital in Mountain View for treatment. The 2013 Ford Focus she was driving received moderate damage according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report.
