On Saturday, Deputy Austin Deshazo of the Howell County Sherriff’s Department responded to a disturbance at a residence on Highway 76 in Willow Springs.

Deshazo made contact with the victim who stated that Chase Grogan had pointed a firearm at him. The victim was at the residence to check on the well-being of Grogan said he was in fear for his life while the firearm was pointed at his person.
Grogan was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold with charges of Assault 4th degree, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
