A 17-year-old from Winona was seriously injured in an accident on Highway 60 in Shannon County.
The accident occurred when he attempted to cross the highway in a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado and struck a 2016 Peterbilt driven by a 26-year-old Lebanon man. Upon impact the Winona Juvenile was ejected from the vehicle.

He was transported to Cox in Springfield for treatment, no other injuries were reported.
