Winona, MO. – A Winona man was reported missing last Wednesday.
Missing is Shawn William M. Kiger, age 31 and last seen in Winona. Kiger is a white male standing 5’11” tall and weighs roughly 233 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Kiger was last seen on November 22, 2023, driving a white 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 bearing Iowa license plate NBN 833.
