According to a probable cause statement Michelle Holker is being charged with 1st degree assault on a special victim from an incident that took place in March. On March 25th, 2025 Holker allegedly assaulted an employee at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. At approximately 1236 hours, Holker got on the victims back and wrapped her legs around the victim’s body, while attempting to strangle her from behind. Holker did this by wrapping her arm around the front of victim
throat in a “choke hold”. Other employees had to pull Holker off of the victim in order for her to stop. Officer Whitley Dobbs of the West Plains Police Department investigated the incident.
