At the February West Plains City Council meeting three apprentice linemen were recognized. Nicholas Osborn has completed four years of apprentice lineman school and has graduated with a certificate as a certified journeyman lineman. Timothy Noakes and Keeling Ward have completed their first year of apprentice lineman school.
