Early Thursday evening a 2013 Lexus driven by a 61-year-old West Plains man failed to yield to a 2012 Dodge Challenger Driven by a 27-year-old female from Hoxie Arkansas and struck the car on the front left quarter panel. The driver of the Challenger was not wearing a safety device and was airlifted to Cox Health in Springfield. Three passengers in the vehicle also from Hoxie were transported by ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.
