Wright County Sheriff’s Department Arrests Four People on Drug Charges

From the Wright County Sheriff’s Department:
 
On October 31, 2025, in the early morning hours, the Wright County Special Operations Group (SOG) — comprised of Wright County Deputies, Mountain Grove Police Officers, and Mansfield Police Officers — along with the COMET Drug Task Force, executed a high-risk narcotics search warrant north of Mountain Grove.
 
This joint effort shows how law enforcement across Wright County is working together better than ever to get illegal narcotics off our streets, protect our families, and keep our communities safe.
 
The operation resulted in four arrests, all of whom are prior convicted felons and the seizure of over five (5) ounces of methamphetamine (over 160 grams).
 
Arrested were:
Kevin Wayne Sartor (53) of Mountain Grove – Trafficking Methamphetamine 1st Degree and Maintaining a Public Nuisance – a no bond warrant was issued by Judge Veenstra.
Thomas Caine (43) of Mountain Grove – Trafficking Methamphetamine 1st Degree – a no bond warrant was issued by Judge Veenstra.
Elizabeth Ann Miller (44) of Mountain Grove – Possession of Methamphetamine and Escape from Custody – a $10,000 cash bond warrant was issued by Judge Veenstra. Miller is still at large.
Terry Blackmon (54) of Mountain Grove – Blackmon had two prior felony warrants out of Wright County, including Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Controlled Substance – both no bond warrants.
