FULTON COUNTY, Ark. — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office reported 16 inmates currently housed in the Fulton County Jail, according to the latest roster release.
Arrest dates for those in custody range from November 2024 through April 2, 2026, with charges including failure to appear, drug offenses, domestic-related charges and multiple felony-level offenses.
The most recent booking includes Travis A. McFarland, 31, of Viola, who was arrested April 2 by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. As of the latest report, no charges were listed.
Weston Blaine Mullins, 41, of Hardy, was arrested March 31 on a charge of criminal trespass. Bond was set at $410, with a court appearance scheduled for May 19 in Fulton County District Court.
Andrew Cameron Crowe, 19, of Thayer, Missouri, was arrested March 30 on a charge of third-degree assault on a family or household member. Bond was set at $530, with a May 19 court date.
Joshua David Amrhein, 42, of Thayer, Missouri, was arrested March 25 on a probation violation and is scheduled to appear April 6 in Fulton County Circuit Court.
Julius Dawson, 49, was arrested March 22 on multiple felony charges, including failure to register, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine or cocaine between 2 and 10 grams. Bond was set at $10,000, with a court date scheduled for April 6.
James W. Biby, 47, of Cherokee Village, was arrested March 20 on a charge of failure to appear. He is scheduled for an April 6 court appearance.
Joshua Wrestler, 40, was arrested March 6 on charges including driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit, violation of bond conditions and revocation. Bond was set at $1,120. Court appearances are scheduled for April 6 and April 21.
Carlos Aquino Mendez, 52, of Conway, was arrested Feb. 27 on two counts of theft of building materials valued at $500 or more. Bond was set at $20,000 on each count, with a court date scheduled for Sept. 21.
Scott Ahart, 49, was arrested Feb. 21 on a charge of failure to appear. He is scheduled for an April 6 court appearance.
Jebediah Collins, 45, of Mammoth Spring, has been in custody since Jan. 7 on charges of sexual indecency with a child and possession of a firearm by certain persons. Bond was set at $100,000, with a court appearance scheduled for June 8.
Additional inmates currently held in the facility include:
- Arthur Oneal White, 40, of Salem, arrested Sept. 30, 2025, on charges including rape and multiple child sexual abuse material offenses. Bond was set at $500,000, with a court date scheduled for April 20.
- Zachery Lynn West, 41, of Jonesboro, arrested Sept. 16, 2025, on charges including aggravated assault on a family or household member, first-degree domestic battery, criminal mischief and a firearm-related felony. Bond was set at $5,000, with a court date scheduled for April 20.
- Skyler D. Crisp, 26, of Viola, arrested April 22, 2025, on a charge involving child sexual abuse material. Bond was set at $300,000.
- Stacie Nicole Hickman, 33, of Viola, arrested April 3, 2025, on charges of first-degree murder and abuse of a corpse. Bond was set at $1,000,000.
- Joshua Craig Robison, 47, of Cherokee Village, arrested Jan. 26, 2025, on charges including video voyeurism and child sexual abuse material offenses.
- Michael Meese, 40, of West Plains, Missouri, arrested Nov. 14, 2024, on charges including rape, fourth-degree sexual assault and first-degree terroristic threatening. Bond was set at $300,000, with a court appearance scheduled for May 4.
Recent Releases
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office also reported four individuals were released from custody within the past 48 hours. Officials noted that some individuals may have been arrested prior to March but were released during this reporting period.
Those released include:
- Ashley Nicole Abbott, 34, of Cherokee Village, arrested April 1 and released the same day on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card involving $1,000 or less.
- Crystal Criner, 52, arrested March 6 and released April 1 on charges including possession of methamphetamine or cocaine under 2 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance.
- Edward Fletcher, 65, of Salem, arrested March 28 and released April 1 on a charge of littering.
- Travis A. McFarland, 31, of Viola, originally arrested Sept. 3, 2025, on a failure to appear charge and released April 1.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
