Sharp County Jail Report Lists 17 Bookings

ASH FLAT, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report for March 30 through April 6, according to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson.

Among those booked into the Sharp County Detention Center during the reporting period were:

  • Angelique Aguilar, 30, of Williford, on charges of residential burglary, theft by receiving ($1,000 to $5,000), and hindering apprehension or prosecution.
  • Jessica Burge, 48, of Cherokee Village, for direct contempt of court.
  • Christopher Callahan, 34, of Cave City, for failure to appear on felony aggravated assault on a family or household member, along with additional charges including possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a minor (second degree), domestic battering (third degree), and possession of Schedule I or II substances, including methamphetamine or cocaine.
  • Crystal Criner, 52, of Cherokee Village, for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges including possession of a controlled substance, fictitious tags, no proof of liability insurance, and contempt for failure to pay restitution.
  • Bryce Cruse, 30, of Williford, for failure to register and comply with reporting requirements, terroristic threatening (first degree), endangering the welfare of a minor (first degree), and domestic battering (first and second degree).
  • Tomas Garza, 53, of Poughkeepsie, for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.
  • Blake Humbrecht, 44, of Evening Shade, for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges including simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine (greater than 2 grams but less than 10 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia, and bond surrender.
  • Marie McNaughton, 39, of Hardy, for theft by receiving ($1,000 to $5,000), hindering apprehension or prosecution, possession of Schedule I or II substances (not methamphetamine or cocaine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • John Nease, 29, of Williford, for residential burglary and theft by receiving ($1,000 to $5,000).
  • Shane Petty, 21, of Maryville, Missouri, for violation of suspension or probation.
  • Lauren Scarbrough, 32, of Charlotte, for second-degree forgery and theft of property ($1,000 to $5,000).
  • Courtney Shaffer, 25, of Hardy, for failure to appear on a charge of criminal mischief.
  • Jeri Slarrow, 49, of Bloomfield, Missouri, for criminal trespass.
  • Carlos Soto, 36, of Jacksonville, for calling 911 to make a false alarm or complaint and driving without a license.
  • Jeffery Stranfield, 46, of Williford, for violation of a protection order.
  • Elvis White, 45, of Paragould, for body attachment.
  • Rodney Whitlow, 46, of Hardy, for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended driver’s license.

The sheriff’s office releases weekly booking reports as part of its ongoing effort to keep the public informed on law enforcement activity within the county.

All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
