According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office released the following incarceration report for the week of November 3 through November 10.
• Gregory Bearden, 55, of Germantown, Tennessee, was arrested for no seat belt, parking in a prohibited area, driving while intoxicated first offense, open container of alcohol in a vehicle, failure to display proper lights, and impeding traffic.
• Alisha Clark, 36, of Little Rock, was arrested for failure to appear misdemeanor on driving on a suspended or revoked driver license.
• Shawn Elliot, 18, of Evening Shade, was arrested for rape of a person less than 14 years old.
• Thomas Esposito, 37, of Batesville, was arrested for failure to appear misdemeanor on driving on a suspended or revoked driver license and no insurance.
• Ralph Ford, 30, of Flippin, Arkansas, was arrested for failure to appear misdemeanor on driving on a suspended or revoked driver license, no proof of liability insurance, and speeding.
• Christopher Johnson, 52, of Williford, was arrested for public intoxication.
• Brian Kipfer, 59, of Hardy, was arrested for assault third degree.
• Lyucreshia Logan, 33, of Saint Ignace, Michigan, was arrested for failure to appear felony on furnishing, possessing, using, or delivering prohibited articles.
• Kandice Nunnally, 40, of Black Rock, was arrested for failure to appear misdemeanor on driving on a suspended or revoked driver license.
• Tristin Owens, 29, of Norfork, was arrested for domestic battering third degree and interference with emergency communication in the first degree.
• Tara Parham, 43, of Helena, was arrested for public intoxication.
• Joseph Richmond, 18, of Williford, was arrested for public intoxication.
• David Taubensee, 46, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
• Brice Taylor, 35, of Ash Flat, was arrested for rape by forcible compulsion.
• Timothy Tucker, 35, of Evening Shade, was arrested for theft of property less than or equal to one thousand dollars.
• Joshua Vaught, 37, of Ash Flat, was arrested for failure to appear misdemeanor on no proof of liability insurance.
• William Yarborough, 34, of Arkansas, was arrested for failure to pay time pay on harassment.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
