Darla Kay Arthur, 53, of Poplar Bluff, MO, departed this life Tuesday, May 20, 2025. She was born July 20, 1971, in Dexter, MO, to Linda (Brannon) Arthur of Doniphan, MO and the late Charles “Bill” Arthur.
Darla had been a certified nursing assistant. She attended New Life Christian Church United in Poplar Bluff and was recently baptized, a testament to her deepening relationship with God and her faith.
Surviving is her mother, Linda Arthur of Doniphan; children, Isaiah Thomas, Michael Thomas, Skie Thomas, and Margaret Thomas, all of Poplar Bluff; sisters, Mandy Arthur of Grandin, MO and Kandy Doris of Poplar Bluff; a brother, Mike Brannon of Grandin; and her companion of 25 years, Clarissa Bess.
In addition to her father, Darla was also preceded in death by a brother, Tony Brannon.
The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
