Glenda Beth Sellers

Glenda Beth Sellers, 59, of Licking, went to her heavenly home with Jesus, on April 14, 2025. Glenda was born July 23, 1965, daughter of Glenn Oliver Sellers Jr. and Wilda Irene (Sullins) Sellers Lane. She was raised near the Big Piney River in Slabtown Missouri. Her parents owned a small hobby farm where they raised pigs and many other animals. This grew her interest in FFA as she attended the Licking school where she graduated in 1983. She took pride in her education and received awards for her business classes, along with her talent in band. The first few years of her adult life were spent in Springfield, Missouri. This is where she attended college. The next 20 years of her life were very adventurous. Many of her days were spent on the open road. In 2006, she moved back to Licking at the age of 40. It was always her dream to move back to the family farm and make it workable once more, just like when she was growing up. While attending a baptism at church, she jumped up and ran forward with excitement to be baptized also. She was loved by many people that admired her friendly personality and kind heart. She enjoyed driving her old grey ford and hanging out on the banks of the river. You never knew where you’d meet her. She loved game nights and doing bible studies with the family. She is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Jim and Bessie Sullins; and numerous aunts and uncles. Glenda is survived by her three sisters, Dana Jones (Eric) of Licking, Dora Gage (Rusty) of Harbor Springs, Michigan, and Rebecca Tatroe (Nathan) of Licking. Among many other nieces and nephews.
