Jacob Randal Smith, age 7 of Thayer, MO, was born November 18, 2016, in Deridder, LA, and passed away March 18, 2024, at his home.
Survivors include: his parents, Kennis & Heather (Horsley) Smith, of Thayer, MO; 3 siblings, Elizabeth, Charlie, and Sylvia; his paternal grandparents, Kennis & Sandy Smith of Singer, LA, Becky & Cody Westlake of Cottonwood, LA; his maternal grandparents, Merle & Vicki Horsley of Rosepine, LA; his great-Papaw, Jim Watts; his great-Nanaw, Betty Watts; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 6pm Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with visitation from 4pm-6pm prior to the service.
