Joseph Francis Bulfer, a resident of Willow Springs, passed away at Ozarks Healthcare on Monday, December 19, 2022. He was born February 9, 1948, in Fairmont, Minnesota to Louis and Mary (Angstrom) Bulfer and was 74 years old.
Following graduation from Fairmont High School, Joseph attended college and later joined the Army. While serving in the armed forces, Joseph worked as a radio operator. After his military service, he found work as an electrician. On January 16, 1982, he married his wife Aloma in Buckeye, Arizona. He was a devout Seventh Day Adventist and devoted father. He enjoyed working on Model T’s in his free time and raising farm animals, especially buffalo. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Mary Bulfer; and by his brother, Louis Bulfer.
He is survived by his wife, Aloma; his son, Dustin; his grandson and adopted son, Michael; ten grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
