Michelle (Shelly) Roberta Wilson, 69 years, 10 months, and 9 days old, passed to Heaven on April 1, 2022 at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, MO with her family by her side.
Michelle was born May 22, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri to Robert Joseph and Deloris Elizabeth (Deis) Ruffino.
On July 19, 1972, Michelle and Terry Lee Wilson were united in marriage in Yorktown, Virginia. They were blessed with four children.
Michelle was a Christian and attended the Chadwick Union Church.
Michelle loved cooking, reading, and spending time with grandchildren and family. She enjoyed furniture refinishing. She was the family organizer. She was also the mother hen to all and a good listener.
Michelle was preceded in death by her parents, her granddaughters; Aurora Rey and Leia Grace Hradek.
She is survived by her husband, Terry; four children and their spouses; Eric and Tracey Wilson, Goodhope, MO, Dusty and Sara Smith, Ozark, MO, Chris and Angie Wilson, Lafayette, IN, and Cory and Patti Hradek, Republic, MO; a special son, Joe McKinney, Decatur, IL; grandchildren; Josh and Courtney Weter, Braden Wilson, Jonny Long, Jacob Long, Joshua Long, Jeremiah Long, Hayden Hradek, Ollie Hradek, Ellie Hradek, Koy Meadows, Savannah Meadows, Emilee Wilson, Hailey Smith, and Clayton Wilson; great-grandchildren, Ryker Mae Weter and Violet Poole; siblings, Joe and Carol Ruffino, St. Peters, MO, Mark and Barb Ruffino, Beckemeyer, IL, Greg and Brenda Armstrong, Bonne Terre, MO, Kelly Ruffino Jones, Park Hills, MO, and Robin Ruffino, Bonne Terre, MO and a host of relatives and many friends.
Funeral services for Michelle will be Friday, April 8, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, Missouri with burial following in the Goodhope Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 6-7:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor Kenneth Lupton. Memorials may be made to National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
