Norman Todd, 78, of Thayer, Missouri, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on December 11, 2025.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. until time of the Funeral at 2:00 p.m. at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel of Thayer, Missouri. Burial will be held the same day at the Thayer Cemetery of Thayer, Missouri.
