Rev. Gary A. Carter, 65, of Licking, passed away on December 20, 2019.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020- visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, and the service will follow at 11:00 AM at Licking United Methodist Church, 208 S. Main St., Licking.
