WILLOW SPRINGS, Mo. — The city of Willow Springs has a budget and big plans for 2020.
City administrator Beverly Hicks told Ozark Radio News that the $6 million budget was approved at the December 19 city council meeting:

The budget will also include a 3% cost of living adjustment for city employees.
